I’ve been thinking about how much corruption there is throughout our society, especially in our Federal government and in the personal lives of many people. Evil is called good and good is called evil. God's standard of what is right is called bad and the evil in the world is regarded as the standard of what is right and good.
So, I asked the Lord if it's possible for revival to come to this land and a move of the Spirit that will save us. All I heard was, "You're not messed up enough, yet." Our sin has not reached a level where the Lord will get the most glory when He releases His judgment and salvation.
I also asked the Lord if He would remove our corrupt Washington leadership and other corrupt government. His response took me by surprise. Paraphrased, I heard, "Not right away. You won't appreciate righteous leadership until you're sick of unrighteous leadership."
Hang on. Things could get really ugly before we see glory.
